From Surviving to Thriving with Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a progressive disease/disorder that affects EVERY system of the body, not just in one way, but almost too many to name. If you have fibro, you know what it’s like … to be BEYOND exhausted, to ALWAYS have multiple ailments all at the same time (IBS, Headaches, Mood-Swings, Low Libido, Aches and Pains, Rashes, Weight gain, Trouble sleeping, Trouble waking up, Light and Sound sensitivities, Depression, and many more). I have struggled with this b**ch my entire life … but never knew what it was.

I was at the end of my rope when after years of trial and error, I finally discovered resources that have allowed me to experience living most of my days with energy, joy, and little to no pain.

My heart’s desire is to help as many of those still struggling with Fibromyalgia to keep hanging on! How you feel is not completely outside of your control. Life Coaching provides help and hope!

From Surviving to Thriving Fibromyalgia: for Spouses

While our loved ones or spouses may not be able to feel the same aches & pains as we do, their journey with Fibro is equally frustrating and baffling. Seeing someone they love struggle so much, while also having wants and needs of their own is not easy. It is incredibly important that those close to us (Fibromyalgics) learn all they can about the disease, what they can do to support, what not to do, how to communicate, and receive support from others. Feeling alone is one “side effect” of fibromyalgia that both the fibromyalgic and their loved ones have in common.

Do you know what you would enjoy doing? Are you thinking about making a change and unsure how to make the shift? Have you struggled with loving yourself for exactly who you are? INs and OUTs Thumbnail.png

The Ins & Outs of Relationship Coaching

Do you remember what it was like when you first started dating your significant other? Do you remember the feeling of wanting to be with that person all the time? The attraction you felt? The goofy grin on your face every time you even talked on the phone? The feeling of admiration, respect, acceptance, and love? Do you remember when you laughed together? Remember the FUN!?

And then after the “honeymoon phase” is over … so much of what we did for the other person and what they did for us seems to have changed. Sound familiar?

With so many ways in which we can different than our partner (introvert vs. extrovert, love languages, communication styles, childhood beliefs, growing up in dysfunctional homes, parenting styles, etc…), it can be challenging to simply get along, let alone stay “in-love” or even married!

Establishing a mutual set of goals for your relationship and working together, yet taking individual steps, make a huge difference between a happy, fulfilling relationship and one where you feel frustrated, stuck, or wanting out!
